Why now
Marketing budgets are being squeezed at the same time as channels fragment and AI floods every category with content that looks the same as everyone else’s. The asset that holds attention through that noise is distinctiveness, and most marketing organisations have no operating system for it. They have agencies on retainer for projects, insight vendors on tap for data, and general-purpose LLMs for everything else. None of that produces a cadence. USP2.0 is the cadence, productised.
